By booking any treatment with Alice de Brito, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Treatment Philosophy & Technique

At Alice de Brito, all treatments—especially Microblading and Powder Brows—are carried out with the utmost care and respect for your skin’s long-term health. I specialize in working very naturally and superficially, ensuring pigment fades over time without causing damage such as scarring, discoloration, or pigment buildup.

This approach allows for periodic refreshes while preserving skin integrity and adapting to natural aging and changes in facial features.

2. Client Eligibility & Responsibility

Please note that not every client is a candidate for semi-permanent brow techniques. Before proceeding, I evaluate several factors including:

  • Skin type and texture

  • Overall health and skin condition

  • Medication use or recent treatments

  • History of previous permanent makeup

  • Lifestyle and aftercare commitment

I reserve the right to decline a treatment if your skin is not suitable or if the requested style conflicts with my professional standards, values, or artistic integrity. My priority is always safe, natural, and ethical work.

3. Client Consent & Understanding

By proceeding with any treatment, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed all relevant health conditions, allergies, and medications.

  • You understand this is a semi-permanent procedure and results will fade gradually.

  • You are aware that results may vary depending on your individual skin and lifestyle.

  • You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided after treatment.

  • You understand that more than one session may be required for optimal results.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointment times are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 to 24 hours in advance through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full price of the treatment.

  • No-shows (clients who miss their appointment without notice) will also be charged in full and will not be permitted to book again.

5. Refund Policy

When you book an appointment online through my booking system, you may be asked to pay a pre-payment. If you cancel your appointment on time (within the 24–48 hour cancellation window), this pre-payment will be fully refunded.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited pre-payment, and no refund will be issued.

6. Aftercare Responsibility

After your treatment, you will be given detailed aftercare instructions. Following these is essential to ensure proper healing and lasting results.

Please note:

  • Failure to follow aftercare may lead to faded results, poor retention, or uneven healing.

  • Any complications or touch-ups required due to improper aftercare are the client’s responsibility and not eligible for a refund or free correction.

  • I am always available for guidance or clarification during your healing process.

7. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to full payment.
